iPong Web Site Agreement
The ipong.net Web Site (the "Site") is an online information service provided by dba/iPong, a division of Sport Squad, LLC ("ipong.net "), subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. 1. Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions.

3. Indemnification.

5.Term; Termination.
This Agreement may be terminated by either party without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions of paragraphs 1 (Copyright, Licenses and Idea Submissions), 2 (Use of the Service), 3 (Indemnification), 4 (Third Party Rights) and 6 (Miscellaneous) shall survive any termination of this Agreement.
6.Miscellaneous.
This Agreement shall all be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States applicable to agreements made and to be performed in United States. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between ipong.net and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in United States . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. ipong.net's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. ipong.net may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.

Our goal is to process all orders within 1 business day (not including weekends or holidays) of order receipt. Adequate lead-time may be needed on large volume orders. If there is an item in your order that is on backorder or out of stock, you will be notified by a customer service representative. Once an order has been placed, we are not able to alter the order.
Orders shipped within Maryland will be charged a 6% sales tax. Any other local taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Orders placed through ipong.net must be placed with Visa, MasterCard or American Express or Pay Pal.
iPong is a division of Sport Squad, LLC and as such your credit card statement will reflect charges from "Sport Squad".
All orders, excluding tables, will be sent via USPS or UPS Ground. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. Orders should arrive between 3 - 8 business days after being placed. Rush delivery is available for an additional charge.
Items returned for refund or exchange must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be new, unused, and contain all original packaging and accessories. Balls cannot be returned if opened.

Returns must be shipped prepaid; COD deliveries will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of delivery to our return address. The cost of shipping & handling will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges, additional shipping & handling charges will apply. If the return is a result of our error or found to be defective, you won't be charged for return shipping & handling.
